My name is Chris Bell. I’m a husband, a father, and an I.S.S.A. certified personal trainer in Thousand Oaks, CA.
When I’m not helping my clients reach their full potential of awesomeness I am usually training for an upcoming Spartan Race, hanging out with my daughter and wife, or playing with my 3 dogs.
The concept for 5 for 5 training came about because I wanted to provide people with “MY” style of training in a simple yet very effective form. By performing 5 exercises in a circuit and repeating that circuit 5 times as fast as you can, you are building strength, burning fat, and taking a cardiovascular beat down that will have you torching calories for long after the workout ends.
